BOIL WATER NOTICE

The City of Maysville is under a Boil Water Notice until further notice. Turbidity levels are out of range with State regulations. We are working with our chemical supplier, Missouri Rural Water Association and the Department of Natural Resources to correct the issue. The order will remain in effect until finished water turbidity levels and disinfection residuals once again meet turbidity and disinfection standards and water samples in the distribution system are absent of total coliform bacteria. You will be notified when the boil water order is lifted. All water customers are being given a written notification by a posting at the service address, and additional postings are at City Hall, the Post Office and Courthouse.
